House for sale ?

Now and then people ask me to help them to sell their house. Or to look for a 'special' house in a specific place. Although it is not our main business we do that now and then. And with results, ahum (...) The last couple of months we sold two houses. It gave me two new clients as a result, among other things.

We advertise in English, French and Dutch on the Internet. We charge for the ad's and for the time it takes us to put everything online.

Our percentage at a sell/deal is much, much (!) lower though than what people normally pay. (1-1,5% max.)
